Juniors and Seniors gathered to hear our Student candidates’ campaign speeches and cast their votes for Amory High School President in our mock election! Huge thanks to City Hall for providing us with voter boxes, giving everyone an authentic voting experience. Democracy in action! 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Today, students in Coach Garrett’s Government classes brought politics to life with mock campaign speeches! They wrote their own speeches, created campaign signs, chose running mates, and even had bodyguards. The enthusiasm and creativity were inspiring! Great job, future leaders! 👏
🎓 Today, our CCR classes had the privilege of hearing from Circuit Court Judge John White! Judge White shared valuable insights on careers in law and discussed important issues teens face in the justice system. We are grateful for his time, dedication, and willingness to guide and inspire our students.
